Billy Thomas Taylor, age 70, of Berrien Springs died at home on Dec. 7, 2021.
Services will be held at Allred Funeral Home in Berrien Springs on Monday, Dec. 13. Visitation will be from 12 noon until 2 p.m., and the service will begin at 2 p.m. Messages and memories may be shared online at www.allredfuneralhome.com.
Tom was born Sept. 19, 1951, in Berrien Center, the son of Billy and Lula Taylor. He was a man of many interests—he was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Power Squadron, Yacht Club, Preservation of Michigan Lighthouses, and a pilot. He worked for 15 years for the Village of Berrien Springs in the Water Department.
Tom’s biggest passion was his and his father’s business, T & T Auto Repair, where he was a Master Mechanic.
He is survived by his two daughters, Jennifer Taylor of Stevensville and Jody Taylor of Berrien Springs; two sisters, June (Dwain) Hopkins and Rose (Dave) Turney; grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents and by his beloved wife, Debbie Taylor.
