June Hannah Nick

June Hannah Nick, 100, formerly of Berrien Springs, died April 3, 2021 in Bay City, Michigan.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 8, with visitation beginning at noon, at Allred Funeral Home, Berrien Springs. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery, Berrien Springs. Memories may be shared online at www.allredfuneralhome.com.

June was born June 9, 1920, in Bay City, the daughter of Bert and Mabel (Gower) Tuttle. She married Peter Nick, and in addition to caring for their family, she worked as bookkeeper for his construction business.

She is survived by one son, Rob Nick of Iowa; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Adeline Kenney and Betty Bishop of Bay City; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter; her son, Roger Nick; her grandson, Roger J. Nick; two brothers, Clifford Tuttle and Owen Tuttle; and four sisters: Cleta Wylie, Clara Hill, Lillian Basselman, Caroline Sage.
