Betty "Pam" Van Den Heuvel

Betty Marie “Pam” Van Den Heuvel, 91, a local resident since January 2017, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at Woodland Terrace of Longmeadow in Niles.

Visitation will be at 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, with a memorial service following at 6 p.m., at the Wisconsin Memorial Park Family Center, 13235 West Capital Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin. Pastor Steve Aust will officiate. Allred Funeral Home was entrusted with local arrangements.

She was born October 15, 1926, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Charles and Magdalene (Kaiser) Juhl. She married Marvin T. Van Den Heuvel, and he preceded her in death. In addition to caring for her family, Pam was a Licensed Practical Nurse. Her church membership was at the Milwaukee Northwest Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Survivors include three sons: Kirk (Wanda) and children Lisa, Erik, Tracy, and Brian; Steven (Linda); Grant (Wendy) and daughters Maggie and Annie; daughter, Lynn (Lester) Merklin and son Paul; and great-grandchildren Julian, Ava, Jordan, Tyler, Gwyneth, and Everett.
