Cheryl Ann Groff

Cheryl Ann Aldrich Groff, 58, of Berrien Springs, died at home on Saturday, September 2, 2017.



There will not be a service, but there will be a memorial gathering on September 24.  Everyone can come together, eat, and share stories at 4 p.m. at Bertrand Hall, 3835 Buffalo Road, Buchanan. 



Cheryl was born July 16, 1959, in Benton Harbor, the daughter of Gerald and Dorothy (Bishop) Aldrich.  They preceded her in death, along with a granddaughter, Harlie Clark; a brother, Andrew Aldrich; and sister, Phyllis Jones.



She is survived by her daughter, Amanda (Gregory) Shelby; her son, Matthew (Kylene) Zech; two brothers, James and Aaron Aldrich; and grandchildren: Shayla Zech, Bret Zech, Brenden Zech, and Kendra Shelby.



She was most passionate about her grandchildren as they fueled her life.  She was a practical joker and loved to scare people.  She could always make you laugh no matter how bad a day you were having.  Cheryl loved playing Xbox online with her Xbox family.  She has shared many good memories with many people.  She will be missed.
