Karin L. Aditjandra, 35, of Berrien Springs, died Tuesday evening, May 10, 2016, surrounded by family at her home.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 14, at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Church Street in St. Joseph, Michigan, with Father James Morris officiating. Friends are invited to call from 6 – 7:30 p.m. Friday, May 13, at Allred Funeral Home in Berrien Springs, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Online memories and messages may be left at www.allredfuneralhome.com.
Karin was born September 12, 1980, in Jakarta, Indonesia, the daughter of Bambang Aditjandra and Hyacintha Djongianto. She had lived in Berrien Springs for two years, coming from Ohio. She had earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and was currently a homemaker for her family.
She is survived by her parents; her husband, Bryan Burkhart; two sons, Matthew and Michael Burkhart; and two brothers, Paulus Teguh (Fanny Evelin) Aditjandra and Tony (Mellyna) Aditjandra.
