Robert L. Beck

Robert L. Beck, 71, of Berrien Springs, died Monday afternoon, October 24, 2016, at Lakeland Hospital, Niles.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, October 30, at Allred Funeral Home in Berrien Springs, with visitation beginning at noon.  Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.  Memorial donations may be given to Voice of Prophecy.  Those wishing to share a memory or comment with the family may do so online at www.allredfuneralhome.com. 

Bob was born February 12, 1945, in Jamestown, North Dakota, the son of Edward and Martha Beck.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree and had been a medical technologist for Berrien General Hospital in Berrien Center and Lakeland Medical Center in St. Joseph.  He enjoyed photography and was a member of the Camera Club.  Other leisure enjoyments were bird-watching and gardening.

Surviving are his wife, Elaine (nee Thomas), whom he married August 18, 1968; two daughters, Laurie Beck of Avondale, Arizona, and Jody (Calvin) Murmu of Berrien Springs; and his sister, Karen (Wayne) Nazarenus of Pueblo, Colorado.
