Robert Bruce Mow Jr., a father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on January 28, 2025, at the age of 82 in Granger, Indiana. Born on April 25, 1942, in South Bend, Indiana, Robert's life was marked by his loving nature, kindness, and a sense of humor that brought joy to all who knew him.
Robert, affectionately known as Bob to his friends and family, was a proud graduate of Mishawaka High School in 1960. After completing his education, he dedicated 33 years as a serviceman for NIPSCO, where he was not only respected for his work ethic but also treasured for his camaraderie. Bob was proud that he built a cabin in Baldwin, Michigan and he loved that cabin very much until it was sold when he retired to be able to spend winters in Dade City, Florida.
Bob's life was a testament to the love he had for his family. He is survived by his two devoted children, Donald (Regina) Mow, Kimberly Kollar and his former wife of 50 years JoAnn (Porter) Mow, who will forever cherish the memories. His sister, Elizabeth (Ron) Miller also survives.
His legacy continues through his four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and one nephew.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Robert Mow Sr. and Marguerite (Hirsch) Mow, who instilled in him the values of family and hard work that he lived by every day.
Those who knew Bob will remember his ability to find humor in life's simple moments was a gift that he generously shared, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. Bob's funny anecdotes and heartfelt conversations will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
As we say goodbye to Robert Bruce Mow Jr., we celebrate his life, and his memory will be held close in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Allred Funeral Home in Berrien Springs, Michigan. A private burial will take place at a later date.
