Russell Joseph England

Russell J. England, 80, of Berrien Center, died Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at the Village Seventh-day Adventist Church in Berrien Springs, with Pastor Joe Reeves officiating. Russell was born May 8, 1938 in Franklin, Ill., the son of Joseph and Pearl (Wiggins) England. He retired as a registered nurse with Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph. His leisure enjoyments included spending time in his workshop fixing things and working with his hands.

Survivors include his wife, Goldie; three sons: John and Gerald Scull of Georgia and Richard (Traci) Scull of Buchanan; two daughters: Melinda England of California and Melody England of Tennessee; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and two sisters: Marianne VanDelck and Phyllis Breyer of Tennessee.
